Engaging the Esports Community: Coverage of the Rocket League for Team Falcons

This project was a campaign design for an esports team, with the client being Team Falcons. The project’s goal was to cover a Rocket League championship in the Saudi eLeague, where the team ultimately won first place. The target audience was esports enthusiasts, and since work in this field offers a lot of creative freedom, the client didn’t request specific elements. This allowed me the flexibility to think freely about the best direction for the campaign.

I always aim to create something unique.

When I start designing an esports campaign, For this project, I decided to create a mood board inspired by vintage car ads, which often use specific fonts like Futura, and I was excited to bring something entirely new to this field. It felt straightforward to me, as I’ve done similar projects before. The client didn’t intervene and gave me complete creative freedom, so the real challenge was choosing a direction where I could incorporate Rocket League cars and photos from the photoshoot effectively.

Integrating the style of 90s car ads

I really enjoyed this project because I had the opportunity to use beautiful photos just as I envisioned them, along with a unique and distinctive direction that hadn’t been used before. Integrating the style of 90s car ads into a car-based tournament like Rocket League was incredibly satisfying. The client was thrilled with the project, and I’m extremely proud of the designs I achieved.
